Principles of Precision Engineering
ME 547 / 447 (3)Lectures and laboratory projects emphasizing precision engineering in advanced manufacturing. Sub-micron, microinch and nanometer resolution and repeatability; applications for ultraprecision systems and design of instruments to achieve accurate metrology and repeatable performance.
