Directed Study and Travel Abroad.

Provides academic credit to international studies majors participating in approved programs abroad. Course may be repeated once, providing the student participates in a different travel program.
Restriction: permission of program.

Intercultural Experience.
(1-3 to a maximum of 3 Δ)
This course gives credit to international studies majors formally participating in venues that engage global issues, cross-cultural activities, and/or international studies.

Honors in International Studies.

The Honors Thesis provides international studies majors the opportunity to focus on a specific research question or artistic project in a rigorous, engaged fashion with the guidance of an expert faculty member.

Topics in International Studies.
(1-3 to a maximum of 9 Δ)
Topics address areas in International Studies, focusing on global engagement with an interdisciplinary lens. Examples could include: lecture class; independent study; seminar; participation in conference, workshop, or lecture series.
