Aqueous Environmental Chemistry and Analysis
CE 537L / 437L (3)Summary of important concepts applicable to ecology, water and wastewater treatment. Topics include acid-base equilibria, alkalinity, hardness, nutrient cycles and forms, metals and organic compounds in water. Emphasis will be on analytical procedures commonly used. Two lectures, 3 hours lab.
