Geriatric Medication Management - An Interprofessional Elective
PHRM 781 (2)A course designed to provide hands-on experiences with geriatric patients in senior centers. Students will work with Nurse Practitioners and nursing students to evaluate blood pressures, blood glucoses, disease states and medication therapy.
