ME 400 / 500 (3)Computer algebra, nonlinear equations, systems of linear equations, the eigen value problem, numerical integration and differentiation, initial value problems, boundary value problems; applications to model problems in solid mechanics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer.
Prerequisite: 317L and 320L and CE 302 and MATH 316.
