PHRM 576 (1)Basic principles and recent advances underpinning modern molecular and cellular pharmacology. Topics include receptor theory, drug metabolism and biotransformation, pharmacogenomics, receptors and signal transduction, rationale drug design and selected topics in organ-system based pharmacology.
