SPCD 585 (3)This course addresses the teaching of mathematics to students with mental retardation and severe disabilities and emphasizes assessment, the developmental sequence of math skill acquisition, and research-based strategies for teaching skills using a conceptual approach.
Prerequisite: 420 or 520.
