JAPN 111 (6)Beginning Japanese I develops students' language skills to communicate in simple daily situations. Through various cultural topics related to Japan, students will gain a basic understanding of Japanese culture and learn to interact in Japanese. Credit not allowed for both JAPN 101 and JAPN 111.
