NURS 551 (1-3 to a maximum of 3 Δ)Study of the normal neonate within the cultural structure of the family. Common physiological, pathological problems and their management by nurse-midwife emphasized. Clinical component is specialty-specific.
Prerequisite: 526 and 540.
Restriction: admitted to an advanced clinical nursing concentration.
