Advanced Seminar on Organization Development and Consulting
OILS 641 (3)This advanced course in OD for doctoral students and advanced master’s is designed to enable students to develop theoretical perspectives, intensive practice and understanding of the use of OD in improving organizations.
Prerequisite: at least 9 credit hours of Organizational Behavior, Team Development, Consulting or similar courses.
