Rotor Aerodynamics
ME 536 / 436 (3)Rotary-wing aircraft such as, for example, helicopters, have unique abilities to take off vertically and to hover. The course will cover basic methods of rotor aerodynamic analysis and related issues associated with the helicopter performance.
Prerequisite: **317L and MATH 311.
