LAW 629 (1-3)This course explores the role of debt, credit, and debt forgiveness in a capitalist society. It covers state court collection procedures, the main provisions of the three primary chapters of the Bankruptcy Code: Chapter 7 liquidation, Chapter 13 wage-earner rehabilitation, and Chapter 11 reorganization.
