This course will introduce concepts of nutritional assessment and the practical application of these concepts in the total health care of individuals and gourds in clinical, community, and research settings.
Restriction: admitted to B.S. Nutrition and Dietetics or Post-Baccalaureate program.
Prerequisite: 2110 and (344 or 345).
