Pediatric Nutrition
NUTR 530 (3)This course focuses on the unique nutrient needs essential to provide optimal nutritional care for the pediatric population and to advocate for policy change for improved pediatric health outcomes.
Pre-requisite: one upper-division undergraduate course in life cycle nutrition (equivalent to UNM course NUTR *424).
Restrictions: admitted to M.S. Nutrition, M.S. Health Education, M.P.H. Public Health.
