This course focuses on the unique nutrient needs essential to provide optimal nutritional care for the pediatric population and to advocate for policy change for improved pediatric health outcomes.
Pre-requisite: one upper-division undergraduate course in life cycle nutrition (equivalent to UNM course NUTR *424).
Restrictions: admitted to M.S. Nutrition, M.S. Health Education, M.P.H. Public Health.
