Operations Management
MGMT 300 (3)Survey of methods and models for the design, control, and improvement of service and manufacturing systems including project management, product/service design, process analysis, quality improvement, inventory control, capacity scheduling, and Just-In-Time (lean systems).
Prerequisite: BCIS 1110 and (ENGL 2120 or ENGL 2210) and MATH 1350.
