Breastfeeding
NURS 471 (3)This course focuses upon the breastfeeding family with emphasis upon maternal and newborn assessment, latch assessment, and application of the nursing process through common breastfeeding problems. A lactation clinical experience or the equivalent is required.
Prerequisite: NMNC 3235.
